Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services purchased from Grand Media Global.

Monthly service packages

Monthly packages (SEO, GEO, Advertising Consulting, and similar retainers) are billed in advance for each billing period.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel by emailing hello@grandmediaglobal.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — we do not charge for the next period once cancellation is confirmed.
  • Cooling-off: If you are a consumer and this is your first purchase with us, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided we have not begun delivering the service with your express consent.
  • Partial months: We do not normally offer pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing period once work has commenced.

Website design & project work

  • A deposit may be required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once design or development work has started.
  • If you cancel a project after work has begun, you remain liable for fees for work completed to date and any non-recoverable third-party costs.
  • If we fail to deliver agreed deliverables and cannot remedy the issue within a reasonable time, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.

Advertising & third-party spend

Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable by us. Media budget management fees follow the cancellation terms of your monthly package.

Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated costs.

How to request a refund

Email hello@grandmediaglobal.com with your name, order reference, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your purchase applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
