These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website grandmediaglobal.com and the purchase of services from Grand Media Global (“we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services & packages

Service descriptions and fixed package prices are published on our website. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing (email or signed proposal) and, where applicable, receive payment or a signed agreement.

Monthly packages renew each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Project-based work is scoped in a separate statement of work.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, content, approvals, and accurate information needed to deliver the services. Delays caused by missing client input may extend timelines without liability on our part.

4. Fees & payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set out in our Payment Information page. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights agreed in your project scope (e.g. website design files, copy created for you). We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing tools. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information private except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to perform the services.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, ad performance, or revenue outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Third-party platforms

Advertising spend, domain registration, hosting, and third-party tool subscriptions are typically billed separately by those providers unless included in your package.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate monthly services with written notice as stated in your agreement. Project contracts may only be terminated in accordance with the agreed scope and our refund policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
